Location: San Salvador, El Salvador (on-site, office-based)

We are working with a forward-thinking business operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, now looking to strengthen its on-the-ground treasury function. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, pace and sound judgement genuinely matter.

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist to join a high-performing finance team at a time of continued growth. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to play a key role in day-to-day treasury execution.

More about the client and the role

• This is an on-site role based in San Salvador, working closely with the finance team

 • You will oversee and execute daily financial settlements with precision

 • Implementing and managing Bitcoin hedging strategies to mitigate market risk

 • Liaising with market makers and liquidity providers to ensure smooth operations

 • Providing daily reporting to senior leadership on treasury position and liquidity

 • Applying treasury principles to determine optimal settlement timing and fund allocation

 • Supporting the wider finance function as part of a collaborative office environment

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in treasury operations, finance or a related field

 • A hands-on, execution-focused approach to work

 • Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, particularly Bitcoin

 • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial transactions accurately

 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
