This company is a communications agency specialising in high-growth industries including crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. They work with innovative companies ranging from early-stage startups to global brands, helping them stand out through strategic communications, PR, and influence.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Proposals Manager to join an ambitious global team at a time of strong growth.

More about the client and the role
• Reviewing client briefs and discovery notes to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Translating insights into tailored proposals and compelling pitch narratives
• Writing and structuring proposals using internal templates and service frameworks
• Collaborating with internal teams (PR, KOL, Creative) to validate scope, timelines, and margins
• Maintaining and improving the internal proposal library and templates
• Tracking proposal performance and identifying patterns that improve win rates
• Ensuring all proposals are clear, strategic, and delivered within defined timelines
Who are we looking for?
• 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience preferred)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written English and comfort working in a remote environment
• Highly organised with strong ownership and accountability
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and shaping commercial narratives
Nice to haves
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Pitch
• Experience in Web3, fintech, or emerging tech industries
• Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion principles
• Experience working on proposals, RFPs, or client presentations
