Revenue Operations / Go-To-Market Engineer

Our client understands that scalable growth comes from strong infrastructure, not guesswork. They are investing in their revenue engine and are looking for a Revenue Operations / Go-To-Market Engineer to build, optimise and connect the systems that power marketing, sales and pipeline performance.
This is a hands-on, systems-driven role where you will sit at the centre of the commercial function, working closely with senior leadership to design and scale a modern, data-led revenue operation.

More about the role
• Own and manage the company’s CRM environment, with HubSpot at the core
• Design and implement end-to-end revenue workflows across outbound and inbound channels
• Build and optimise outbound infrastructure, including email, LinkedIn, and alternative outreach channels
• Integrate enrichment, sequencing, and automation tools to streamline lead generation and engagement
• Set up and manage inbound systems, including lead capture, routing, newsletters, and campaign attribution
• Build automation using tools such as Zapier or Make to eliminate manual processes
• Ensure clean data flow, tracking, and visibility across the entire revenue funnel
• Develop dashboards and reporting around pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Continuously improve systems, scalability, and data quality across the GTM function
Who are we looking for?
• 2–4 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
• Experience building and managing outbound sales systems at scale
• Understanding of inbound marketing systems such as forms, newsletters, and campaign tracking
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
• A systems thinker who enjoys solving technical and operational challenges
• Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously within a global team
• Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
• Experience with enrichment tools such as Clay, Clearbit or similar
• Exposure to scraping, data enrichment, or light scripting
• Understanding of outbound deliverability, domains, and data hygiene
• Experience within tech, fintech, or Web3 environments
