You enjoy working close to product and engineering, shaping things from zero to launch, not just polishing what already exists. We’re hiring a Product Designer on behalf of a well funded, high performance Web3 infrastructure company building at serious scale. You’ll be working on early stage initiatives, new launches, and core product surfaces that will be used globally.

This is a hands on, high trust design role with real creative ownership from day one.

More about the role

• You’ll shape visual direction for new product and brand initiatives
• You’ll design landing pages, launch assets and product surfaces
• You’ll take projects from early concept through to shipped execution
• You’ll work closely with product, engineering and marketing partners
• You’ll translate ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences
• You’ll bring polish and consistency across evolving product journeys
• You’ll experiment with AI assisted design workflows where useful
• You’ll balance creative exploration with practical delivery

This team moves quickly. They value designers who can think clearly, communicate visually, and ship quality work without heavy process.

Who are we looking for?

• Around 3+ years in product or digital design
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography and visual systems
• Experience designing for web or product interfaces
• Confident using modern design tools such as Figma
• Comfortable owning projects end to end
• Portfolio showing brand and product design quality
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration
• Curious and open to new tools and workflows

Nice to have, not essential:

• Early stage or zero to one product experience
• Motion, illustration or 3D skills
• Interest in Web3 or emerging tech products
