Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Developer Relations Advocate to focus on developer relations for our client. This role involves managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that developers are informed about, supported in, and engaged with our platform. As a Lead Developer Relations Advocate, you'll represent external developers to our internal teams, enabling successful rollouts of our network's technology. This position will be part of our Product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Developer Success strategy, including education, resources, community engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Write tutorials and create case studies on various use cases for our protocol, as well as oversee our developer documentation site.
  • Serve as the voice of the developer within our engineering team, providing critical feedback to enhance the product.
  • Act as a bridge between our development team and the broader developer community.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align Developer Success initiatives with company objectives.
  • Manage key communications with the developer community, directing technical queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and community leaders.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in developer relations, ideally within the Web3 space.
  • Proven success in creating and executing educational campaigns.
  • Experience with Solidity and front-end development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to learn complex concepts quickly and lead documentation efforts.
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly in a remote, distributed work environment.
  • Knowledge of the interoperability market, products, and customer needs is a plus.
