We’re looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join a high-performing founding team at a time of rapid growth. More about the client and the role

• Our client is a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company operating at the crossroads of AI, data and decentralised technology.

• Following a successful token launch, they’re expanding quickly and need a finance leader who can combine structure and discipline with startup agility.

• The Head of Finance will oversee everything from treasury management and reporting to investor relations and financial strategy.

• You’ll work directly with the founders to manage capital, refine token operations, and build the finance function from the ground up.

• This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who loves solving problems, setting standards and building scalable systems.

Who are we looking for?

• A strong traditional finance background is essential — whether that’s in banking, venture capital, corporate finance or fintech. You’ll bring proven experience in managing financial strategy, structure, and control.

• 7+ years’ experience in senior finance roles with direct ownership of P&L, treasury, or cashflow.

• Confident operating at both strategic and executional levels — someone who can design systems but isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

• Exposure to or a strong interest in crypto, token launches, DeFi, or digital assets and a willingness to learn fast in this space.

• Exceptional communication and relationship skills — you’ll be working closely with founders, investors, and market partners.

• Grounded, ethical, and driven by long-term value creation rather than short-term gains.
