We’re partnering with an early-stage, well-funded DeFi startup building a unified digital asset management platform that brings together spot trading, perpetuals, portfolio tools, yield strategies, cross-chain execution, and AI-guided insights in one product. The goal is to simplify DeFi complexity while giving users full self-custody and institutional-grade performance.

The team is lean, senior, and execution-focused — not here for hype, but for product and growth.

About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you will help build the core infrastructure behind a platform that unifies trading, yield, portfolio management, and cross-chain access into one seamless experience. 

• Own architecture and implementation end-to-end
• Build across frontend, backend, and DeFi integrations
• Set engineering standards before scaling
• Work closely with founders to ship quickly and decisively

This is not a 9–5 role - early stage means long hours, uneven weeks, and high accountability.

Who We’re Looking For

• A senior, cross-stack engineer
• Crypto-native with real DeFi / Web3 experience
• Strong with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web stacks
• Comfortable with ambiguity and pressure
• Motivated by building real products and owning outcomes
• Operating at the top end of the engineering talent pool, with a track record of building high-quality systems in demanding environments
