We’re hiring a Content & Social Media Lead on behalf of a high profile, well backed crypto accelerator working with some of the most promising founders in the space. Your focus is simple and commercial. Build signal, grow reach, and drive high quality founder applications through smart content and social execution.

More about the role

• You’ll own X and LinkedIn presence end to end
• You’ll shape voice, cadence, formats and distribution
• You’ll turn founder wins, data, stories and moments into posts, threads and short form content
• You’ll run a repeatable content pipeline from idea through to distribution
• You’ll write and sharpen copy across key pages and lifecycle journeys
• You’ll manage a simple but effective content system and calendar
• You’ll test, measure, learn and double down on what works
• You’ll work with specialist contractors when needed for video or editing

Who are we looking for?

• Crypto and Web3 native understanding
• Strong, natural writer with a clear voice
• Proven social and content execution on X and LinkedIn
• Able to grow audience and engagement through content quality
• Comfortable owning output without heavy oversight
• Good judgement on tone, risk and relevance
• Confident using modern AI tools to move faster
• Evidence of shipped content and distribution wins

Nice to have, not essential:

• Experience with founder or startup content
• Network of creative or media collaborators
• Experience managing freelance creators
