Our client builds cutting-edge Web3 infrastructure for institutional financial clients. Their mission is to provide secure, scalable, and automated on-chain infrastructure that enables professional investors to confidently operate in decentralised finance.

They are looking for a Cloud / DevOps Infrastructure Engineer who thrives on automation, systems thinking, and ownership of complex cloud environments.

More about the role:

• Designing, deploying, and operating the backbone of our clients platform, ensuring that their infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.
• Designing and managing cloud-native infrastructure with full Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Implementing autoscaling, backup & recovery, and disaster-recovery strategies
• Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Flow, Blue/Green deployments)
• Managing secrets, configuration, networking, and SSO for a secure multi-cloud setup
• Operating and tuning monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus/Alloy, OneUptime, Sentry, opentelemetry)
• Deploying serverless and edge solutions (Cloudflare Workers/Pages, AWS Lambda)
• Administering and scaling databases and data pipelines (PostgreSQL, Redis, Tinybird, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Contributing to full-stack infrastructure architecture and cost optimisation
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud architecture, and security best practices
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Terraform (required)
• Experience with autoscaling, backup/recovery, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cross-stack mindset: comfortable working across DevOps, data engineering, and architecture
• A learner’s mentality, eager to take ownership of existing systems and drive continuous improvement
• Interest in Web3/DeFi is a plus (no prior blockchain experience required)

Tech Stack:

• Cloud: AWS (primary), GCP (nice to have), Cloudflare, Vercel
• IaC & Deployment: Terraform (must-have), Terragrunt, SST/CDK/Serverless (bonus)
• Containers: Fargate/Docker (Kubernetes a plus)
• Databases & Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Tinybird, Redshift, Glue, BigQuery
• Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python (bonus)
