Compensation: $250k+ base salary + equity

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer with proven leadership in Layer 1 ecosystems, ready to shape how regulated financial infrastructure is built and adopted.

•Chief Product Officer role covers:

•Product strategy across protocol, ecosystem tooling, and client solutions

•Full roadmap ownership

•Close collaboration with engineering, compliance, legal, and BD teams

•A hands-on executive role with scope to shape both technology and team

Who We’re Looking For

•Senior-level product leadership at a live Layer 1 blockchain

•Strong knowledge of token mechanics, staking models, and developer platforms

•Track record delivering high-performance, compliance-aligned products in crypto or fintech

•A pragmatic leader comfortable with both long-term vision and iterative delivery

•Ideally based in Dubai or San Francisco
