Business Developer Executive
Remote (+/-  4 hours of CET)

Our client is a communications and marketing agency specialising in high-growth industries including crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. They work with innovative companies ranging from early-stage startups to global brands, helping them stand out through strategic communications, PR, and distribution.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Developer to join an ambitious global team at a time of strong growth. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining research, messaging, and sales psychology to drive consistent outbound results.

More about the client and the role

• You will source, identify, and qualify leads within target industries
• Managing outreach across a primary channel (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X)
• Securing booked calls through structured and consistent outbound activity
• Leveraging tools such as Apollo, nReach, Waalaxy, or Drippi to scale outreach
• Tracking outreach activity, responses, and lead status
• Continuously refining messaging to improve conversion rates
• Researching target accounts and decision-makers to personalise outreach
• Collaborating with revenue leadership to hit KPIs (initial focus: calls booked)

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales
• Familiarity with at least one outreach channel (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X)
• Strong organisational skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Someone who enjoys testing messaging and improving performance over time
• Comfortable working autonomously within a global, remote team
• Interest or exposure to Web3/crypto culture (personal experience is sufficient)

Nice to have

• Experience in communications, tech, or crypto/Web3 industries
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
• Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion techniques
