Our client is a communications agency specialising in high-growth industries including crypto, fintech, and emerging technology. They work with innovative companies ranging from early-stage startups to global brands, helping them stand out through strategic communications, PR, and distribution.
They are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Lead to join an ambitious global team at a time of strong growth. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning insights into content, content into distribution, and distribution into measurable inbound revenue.

More about the client and the role
• You will build and execute the company’s inbound marketing strategy
• Owning the content and distribution engine across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and website
• Turning internal expertise into high-leverage marketing assets including social content, articles, and lead magnets
• Scaling newsletter growth and audience engagement
• Supporting podcast distribution and amplification
• Optimising website performance including landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels
• Building systems that consistently generate inbound leads and sales conversations
• Supporting strategic initiatives such as entering new verticals (e.g. iGaming) and increasing industry visibility
• Tracking performance and continuously optimising based on data
Who are we looking for?
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or content marketing
• Proven ability to generate inbound leads through content and distribution
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn or thought leadership content
• Highly organised with strong ownership and execution ability
• Someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery
• Comfortable working autonomously within a global, remote team
