More about the role
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Deliver compelling product demos and help clients integrate smoothly.
• Work closely with marketing and tech teams to optimise lead conversion.
• Keep CRM data accurate and maintain strong pipeline discipline.
• Take ownership of monthly targets with full transparency and support.
Who are we looking for?
• 5+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, cybersecurity or compliance.
• Confident communicator in English and Portuguese.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup setting.
• Proactive, resilient and naturally curious about emerging tech.
