We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the lead on protocol features, integrations, and partner-facing tools. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves owning the roadmap and turning complexity into simple, elegant solutions.

More about the client and the role

•The company is building a programmable financial infrastructure designed for secure, compliant decentralised finance.

•You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.

•Your day-to-day will involve defining requirements, prioritising institutional-grade features, and coordinating execution with internal and external teams.

•You’ll help translate complex blockchain and AI concepts into usable tooling and documentation.

•There’s a strong focus on partner feedback, so communication and responsiveness are key.

Who are we looking for?

•4–7 years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or Web3.

•Strong understanding of decentralised technologies, APIs, and agile workflows.

•Comfortable owning the roadmap and managing cross-functional delivery.

•Able to turn technical detail into clear, actionable plans.

•Confident communicator with a hands-on, strategic mindset.
