We’re looking for an innovative and data-driven Head of Growth to spearhead our clients’ marketing initiatives for their blockchain presale projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands the unique dynamics of crypto fundraising, and has a proven track record of turning bold ideas into measurable results. You’ll lead the discovery, testing, and scaling of new marketing channels, working closely with the leadership team to drive sustained growth across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify untapped growth channels within the crypto space.
• Test non-traditional platforms such as Web3 communities, niche forums, and emerging social networks.
• Optimise existing funnels across content, social media, KOL, and community engagement strategies.
• Define and track KPIs across all experiments and growth initiatives.
• Use analytics tools to extract insights, inform strategy, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Report findings and performance outcomes to the leadership team.
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends, platforms, and technologies in Web3 marketing.
• Experiment with alternative awareness and engagement strategies during presale phases.
• Scale successful experiments into fully operational marketing channels.
• Build relationships with external partners, influencers, KOL agencies, and other strategic players.
• Ensure all strategies directly support performance and engagement KPIs.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven success in leading growth marketing for crypto presales across various project types.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, tokenomics, and fundraising mechanics.
• Expertise in data-driven strategy development, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other growth platforms.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for experimenting with new approaches.
• Experience building campaigns within Web3 communities and crypto-native platforms (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter).
• (Preferred) Established network of KOLs, agencies, and T1 crypto platforms.
