Our client is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain-based solutions reach their target audience. They’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to manage their clients’ projects and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive product uptake
Benefits:
- £55,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who possesses significant experience in the blockchain space, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives and product launches. In this role, you will engage closely with our clients to distil complex product features into compelling unique selling propositions (USPs) that resonate across multiple marketing channels.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, creating strategic plans that facilitate the transition from minimal viable products (MVPs) to established market leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase product adoption and engagement, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Work alongside Product teams to define and refine unique selling propositions (USPs), ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Build and optimise digital platforms that effectively showcase the product’s value, including the creation of detailed whitepapers and supporting materials.
- Translate complex product features into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth market research to determine the total addressable market, identify key customer personas, and forecast growth opportunities.
- Assess the competitive landscape to develop positioning strategies that maximise market share for the clients’ projects.
- Partner with design teams to craft strong, recognisable brand identities that align with the product vision and target audience.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience within a blockchain or cryptocurrency-related role.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product development teams.
- Experience in working alongside technical development professionals.
- Strong grasp of key marketing channels, particularly in content marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
- Excellent analytical capabilities for measuring and interpreting data.
Desirable:
- Proficient in data analysis, with experience in establishing tracking systems and reports.
- Previous involvement in cryptocurrency Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
- Experience with website management and optimisation.
- Strong process orientation and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
