They’re already making Ethereum faster than Solana, and they need someone like you to keep their infrastructure secure, scalable, and always online.

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience running Ethereum nodes using Geth or Nethermind, have worked in staking or RPC operations, or have managed blockchain infrastructure at scale. This experience must be clearly detailed on your up-to-date CV.

About the role:

• Keep things running – ensure the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.

• Automate everything – deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines, provisioning, and monitoring.

• Manage Ethereum nodes – deploy, maintain, and optimise blockchain infrastructure using Geth and Nethermind.

• Handle upgrades & forks – ensure smooth network transitions with zero downtime.

• Security & performance – monitor, troubleshoot, and keep things locked down.

• Collaborate with top engineers – work closely with blockchain devs and researchers.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of DevOps experience – in blockchain, fintech, or high-scale infrastructure.

• Ethereum infrastructure experience – hands-on with Geth, Nethermind, staking, or RPC operations (must be detailed in your CV).

• Expert in Kubernetes – experience with scaling containerised applications.

• Cloud pro – AWS, GCP, or similar (Terraform/Pulumi is a plus).

• CI/CD automation – experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar tools.

• Linux & scripting skills – Bash, Python, or Golang experience.

• Monitoring & logging – Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar tools.

• Blockchain savvy – experience with Ethereum, MEV, or DeFi is a huge plus.
