About the Role – Your Impact

• Lead and Scale Operations – Ensure seamless execution across teams (engineering, BD, product, and liquidity).
• Optimize Order Flow & Liquidity – Work with market makers, traders, and aggregators to improve trade execution and increase transaction volume.
•  Increase Product Usage – Drive growth in transaction volume, routing efficiency, and protocol adoption.
•  Launch & Manage New Trading Infrastructure – Oversee DEX liquidity strategies, MEV optimization, and integrations with trading protocols.
•  Develop Institutional & Market Maker Relationships – Work with HFT firms, crypto hedge funds, liquidity providers, and DeFi protocols to deepen liquidity pools and increase DEX volume.
•  Drive Compliance & Regulatory Strategy – Navigate MEV, DeFi, and cross-chain regulatory landscapes.
•  Be the Operational Backbone – Align strategy with execution, ensuring all functions drive towards scalability and efficiency.

Who Are We Looking For?

•  7+ years of operational leadership – Experience in blockchain, DeFi, market-making, or high-frequency trading (HFT).
•  Proven Expertise in Order Flow & Liquidity Optimization – You’ve worked with DEXs, trading desks, MEV strategies, or liquidity routing mechanisms.
•  Ability to Scale High-Growth Startups – Experience driving execution at venture-backed blockchain startups or fintech firms.
•  Strong Network in Crypto Trading & Market Making – Ability to engage with exchanges, protocols, and trading firms to grow liquidity.
•  Deep Understanding of DeFi & MEV – Bonus points if you’ve worked with Ethereum, Solana, or Layer 2 scaling solutions.
•  Data-Driven & Execution-Focused – You make decisions based on metrics, analytics, and market intelligence.
•  Exceptional Communicator & Leader – You can align teams, negotiate deals, and influence partners in high-stakes environments.
