Graphic Design Lead

 

Shape the brand of a set of on-chain contracts and off chain systems that’s built to supercharge the capital efficiency of DeFi. 

 

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Lead to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business within the Crypto and DeFi space in this fully remote role. It's the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their design career!

More about the client and the role:

 

  • Our client is a rapidly growing Stablecoin Network built to scale DeFi with a valuation of $60 million dollars. 

  • They’re looking for a Graphic Design Lead to shape their brand and product identity whilst delivering compelling visual experiences that resonate with their crypto and DeFi-focused audience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all branding, marketing and product touchpoints. 

  • Design marketing collateral, including presentations, social media graphics, and promotional materials, with a focus on crypto-native aesthetics.  

  • Create animations or interactive visuals to showcase the brands innovative solutions, such as Straddle and thUSD workflows. 

  • Stay updated on design trends within the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve.  

  • Eventual but not immediate: Collaborate with the product team to refine the UI/UX of our applications, optimising for usability and engagement. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Proven experience as a design lead or senior designer, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3 space.  

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and basic knowledge of front-end design principles.  

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic and brand design, product design experience is nice to have.  

  • A deep interest in crypto, DeFi, and innovative financial systems.
