Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business lines.
- Align sales and business strategies to support scalable revenue generation.
Revenue Optimisation:
- Identify new revenue opportunities and optimise existing streams.
- Develop scalable models to achieve ambitious financial targets.
Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Partnership Management:
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, institutional investors, and Web3 innovators.
Market Expansion:
- Drive market penetration across global regions by leveraging Web3 market trends and customer insights.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles within fintech, SaaS, or emerging technology industries.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi sectors.
- Proven success in scaling revenue and building high-performance sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, tokenomics, and blockchain ecosystems.
