Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks to align with global regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR standards.
• Stay informed about evolving cryptocurrency regulations, providing guidance on their impact on business operations and product offerings.

Risk Management:

• Conduct risk assessments related to regulatory compliance and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to integrate compliance considerations into tokenized product development.

Auditing and Monitoring:

• Oversee periodic internal and external compliance audits, ensuring timely resolution of any identified issues.
• Maintain compliance monitoring systems for robust tracking of regulatory activities and documentation.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or tokenization compliance.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of global regulatory standards, including FATF guidelines, SEC requirements, and GDPR.
• Solid knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and tokenomics.

Leadership and Collaboration Skills:

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, and executive teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.
