More about the client and the role

The Chief Technology Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client’s technical roadmap. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will drive the development of scalable and secure technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across all business units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Overseeing the design, deployment, and scaling of blockchain-based platforms.
• Leading a high-performing engineering team and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Ensuring the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet market demands.
• Acting as a thought leader, representing the company in industry forums.

Who are we looking for?

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with expertise in software development or blockchain technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi sectors.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable and innovative technology solutions.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
• Proficiency in Web3 programming languages such as Solidity, EVM and Rust.
• Experience with Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions and decentralised infrastructure.

Leadership Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executives.
• Strong decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
