Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager – On-Chain Asset Management Solutions

Location: United States (Remote or Office-Based)

Compensation: $150,000–$350,000 base salary + generous commission on successful deals

 

About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a cutting-edge provider of on-chain asset management solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition efforts across the United States.

 

This is a closers’ role, offering a unique opportunity to introduce an innovative platform to builders, managers, and enterprises. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s market presence by building strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently securing new business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with target clients, including project builders and asset managers, to adopt the company’s pre-built, cost-effective smart contract solutions.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the U.S. market, emphasising the platform’s ability to streamline and accelerate project outcomes.

Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, articulating how the platform’s suite of tools simplifies on-chain asset management and accelerates time-to-market.

Solution-Based Selling: Understand client needs and demonstrate how the platform aligns with their business goals, providing real-world examples of success.

Market Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, refine product offerings, and provide valuable market feedback.

Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, earning attractive commissions on each successful deal.

 

Candidate Profile:

•Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or asset management industries.

•Strong understanding of on-chain technologies and smart contracts is an advantage but not essential.

•Exceptional communication, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.

•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation in financial technology.

•Capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

•Willing to travel across the United States to engage with clients and attend industry events where necessary.
