About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Smart Contract Engineer to join our client’s team and build robust, secure, and efficient decentralized solutions. You will have a direct impact on designing, coding, and deploying smart contracts that power DeFi protocols across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize gas efficiency and performance of smart contracts.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing contracts.
• Research and implement solutions for interoperability across chains like EVM, Solana, and others.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
• Deep understanding of Solidity and Ethereum-based development.
• Proven experience building DeFi protocols or blockchain-based applications.
• Familiarity with Solana or other non-EVM chains is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices in smart contract development.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Python for analytics, simulations, or backend tasks.

Preferred Skills:

   •   Hands-on experience with auditing tools like Slither, MythX, or similar.

   •   Understanding of Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols.

   •   Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
