About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, as well as close collaboration with teams developing smart contracts and decentralized financial solutions. You will play a critical role in integrating complex financial applications within a secure, user-friendly web platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of the application.
• Design, build, and optimize dynamic, responsive web interfaces using TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Integrate smart contracts and blockchain technologies using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python and modern server-side frameworks.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability across the platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and blockchain engineering teams to build seamless financial applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices in security and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React.js, Next.js (or similar frameworks).
• Solid backend experience with Python and modern API development.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, blockchain technologies, and smart contract integration.
• Proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Solidity, and understanding of smart contract interactions.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices in blockchain and FinTech applications.
• Prior experience in crypto, DeFi, or TradFi environments is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM, Solana, etc.).
• Knowledge of smart contract security and auditing.
• Background in financial applications, trading platforms, or asset management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices.
