Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focusing on both financial success and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with potential B2B clients to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Present and promote our products/services, aligning them with client goals and market trends.
  • Provide reliable after-sales support and feedback to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, helping them grow into skilled sales professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong sales record with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field (BSc/BA preferred).
