Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies focusing on both financial success and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Schedule and lead meetings with potential B2B clients to explore partnership opportunities.
- Present and promote our products/services, aligning them with client goals and market trends.
- Provide reliable after-sales support and feedback to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Mentor and train junior staff, helping them grow into skilled sales professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related role.
- Strong sales record with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field (BSc/BA preferred).
