Job Overview:
We're looking for a growth marketing specialist to lead marketing initiatives and grow their Twitter. This role is perfect for individuals with experience growing a personal/brand Twitter account
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement growth-focused social media strategies across platforms, particularly Twitter.
Content Creation & Management: Create, schedule, and optimize content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform. Ensure posts align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
Twitter Growth: Focus specifically on growing our Twitter presence by running campaigns
Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and contests
Paid Social Media: Manage paid campaigns across social platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to track the success of growth initiatives. Regularly report on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions.
Community Management: Engage with followers and influencers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community around the brand.
Qualifications:
Proven experience growing a Twitter account
Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in growth marketing or similar roles
