Position Overview
As CTO, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy and driving the development of a cutting-edge Bitcoin rollup solution. As a founding team member, you will have a significant impact on the company’s direction and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Author a comprehensive white paper.
• Develop OP_CAT or alternative approaches to reduce trust assumptions.
• Explore innovative ways to deepen integration with Bitcoin beyond block headers and Taproot inscriptions.
• Design and manage cross-network interoperability and bridge architecture.
• Build and lead the technical team, which includes:
  • Hiring a Developer Relations specialist to handle external collaborations.
  • Recruiting a lead developer to guide the development team and support research efforts.
• Scale the engineering and research teams in line with company growth.

• Holds a PhD or equivalent expertise in fields like Computer Science, Cryptography, or related areas.
• Has a deep passion for Bitcoin and its potential for scalability and application development.

Compensation

• 200k USD, payable in fiat or stablecoin.
