Position: Growth Marketing Manager

Remote (Asia)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager within this Web3 & DeFi project to spearhead marketing initiatives and drive business expansion.

This role is fully remote, with an ideal location in Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Bangladesh, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

•Growth Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across organic social media, email lists, and community platforms.

•Campaign Management: Design and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including paid advertising and social media, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives to attract and retain users.

•Content Creation: Develop and execute a robust content strategy, creating compelling material while staying abreast of industry trends to effectively communicate across multiple channels.

•Events & Community Engagement: Organise and manage marketing events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance brand presence and foster community engagement. Build and nurture strong relationships with users and influencers to create a supportive community.

•Analytics and Optimisation: Utilise data to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns. Conduct testing and refine strategies to optimise results, reporting on key metrics and providing actionable insights for improvement.

•Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

•A strong interest in Crypto/DeFi, with the ability to articulate the fundamentals of protocols like Uniswap and Curve.

•Experience in a similar marketing role.

•Basic understanding of analytics and growth strategies.

•Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
