About the Company:

Our client is a forward-thinking Web3 company seeking a highly skilled Graphic/Web Designer with solid Pure Play design skills to enhance their creative team.

They are in search of an all-round designer with a strong and adaptable art style that can be seamlessly applied across various mediums. This position provides the opportunity to work on diverse projects, with an initial focus on web pages, digital branding, and social media assets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design and Development: Create visually compelling web pages, digital branding materials, and social media content that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.

•Art Style Adaptation: Apply a unique and consistent art style across multiple platforms, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic throughout all projects.

•Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital branding assets that enhance the company’s online presence and brand recognition.

•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver high-quality designs on time and within project specifications.

•Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to the table, helping to define and shape the visual direction of the brand.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Graphic/Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and projects.

•Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

•Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and user experience (UX) best practices.

•Ability to create digital assets for branding and social media, with a meticulous eye for detail and consistency.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

•Europe-based, with availability to work within GMT/CET time zones.

Desirable:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web development tasks.

Experience designing for social media platforms, with an understanding of current trends and best practices.

Experience in Crypto / Web3 /Blockchain
