About the Role:

As a Web3 Digital & Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our client's presence across various platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content departments to drive community engagement and promote our client's initiatives in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and growth of our client's Web3 social media channels, including Discord, Telegram, and others.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase our client's presence and community engagement in the Web3 industry.
• Create engaging multimedia content aligned with brand values and Web3 culture.
• Implement community management strategies to foster a vibrant community and increase user engagement.
• Coordinate and launch campaigns and competitions to promote our client's Web3 initiatives.
• Analyse social media metrics to optimise strategies and content for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and Web3 to enhance our client's position in the industry.
• Write blogs and create a content plan.
• Craft copy for social posts and manage posting schedules.

• A Community Catalyst: You'll lead a team of community managers, strategizing to foster vibrant engagement, virality, and a thriving community.
• A Data Detective: You'll track and analyse the impact of social media efforts, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Web3 social media management.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Proven track record of growing engaged social media communities.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Publer, etcetera.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and enthusiastic personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
