Requirements

• 1 year of Web3 experience.
• Previous work experience in BD and Management.
• A Marketing Degree or equivalent.
• Key communicator skills are a must.
• Must be located in the EU time zone.
• A decent laptop (PC preferred), audio equipment and stable Internet are required.
• Must be passionate about Web3 and gaming.
• Excellent time management and the ability to hit strict deadlines is paramount.

As the KOL Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with influential individuals within the Web3 gaming community. Collaborate with key opinion leaders to amplify our brand message, increase user engagement, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• KOL Identification and Outreach:

• Research and identify influential individuals within the gaming community.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage with potential KOLs.

• Relationship Building and Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOLs.
• Collaborate with KOLs to tailor partnership opportunities.

• Collaboration and Content Creation:

• Coordinate collaborations between KOLs and the company.
• Develop creative campaigns and initiatives through KOL partnerships.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of KOL collaborations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

• Community Engagement and Advocacy:

• Engage with the gaming community to foster positive relationships.
• Empower KOLs to become ambassadors for the company.

• Manage the Brand Ambassador Program:

• Help build and deploy the brand ambassador program.
• Review and rate all applicants to select the most suited candidates.
• Monitor all content from ambassadors to maintain brand integrity.
