What we're Looking For:

• A deep understanding of low-latency design principles and experience developing systems that operate with minimal delay.
• Fluent in C++, Java, or Python, with a track record of building high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with market data feeds and protocols (e.g., FIX, FAST, ITCH) is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in optimising code and algorithms for speed and efficiency.
• Solving complex technical challenges, especially in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
• A background and keen interest in financial markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure is a plus.
