As an established hedge fund in the space, they leverage high-frequency techniques and robust market-making services.

They collaborate with pioneering cryptocurrency projects across the globe, operating across centralized and decentralized exchanges.

Location:

• For London-based candidates: Fulham, 5 days a week, with some flexibility for occasional remote work.
• For non-London-based candidates: Remote work with occasional visits to Fulham (e.g., twice per month).

The Opportunity

This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of Web3-enabled trading tools. As our Full-Stack Developer, you will design and build real-time dashboards, trading terminals, dynamic data visualizations, and seamless user experiences at the forefront of the industry.

Looking For

A self-motivated Full-Stack Developer eager to dive into both frontend and backend technologies within the Web3 space. You have a track record of building impactful web applications and a genuine desire to shape the future of decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable React applications, employing state management libraries (Redux, Mobx, etc.) to handle complex data flows.
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces from Figma designs, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Create highly performant data visualizations for trading dashboards, leveraging charting libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar).
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs (GraphQL or REST) and optimize for speed and efficiency.
• Contribute to Python-based backend development, including database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional Web3 user experiences.

Desired Skills

• Proven experience building complex React applications with a focus on maintainability and reusability.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud-based development.
• Experience with WebSockets or other real-time communication protocols.
• Strong interest in Web3 concepts and technologies, including wallet integration (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.).
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects or Web3 hackathon participation.
